Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the community or platform.
4. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Conduct
Coaster Collector allows users to upload photographs, post comments, leave ratings and notes, write blog contributions, and interact with the community feed.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to upload, post, or transmit content that:
Is unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or hateful.
Violates the intellectual property rights, copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party.
Contains malware, viruses, automated scraping scripts, or malicious code.
Spam or unsolicited promotional material.
Content Removal: We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, remove, or edit any user-generated content or user accounts at our sole discretion.
5. Photo Contests and Submissions
If you submit photographs to our photo contests or ride galleries:
License Grant: You grant Coaster Collector a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your submitted photographs on the website, ride pages, and associated social media channels.
Representations & Warranties: You represent and warrant that:
You are the sole author and copyright owner of the photo.
The photo does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
You have permission from any recognizable people depicted in the photo to submit it.
Indemnification for Photos: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coaster Collector, its creators, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of any copyright or privacy claims related to photos you submit.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coaster Collector and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:
Your access to, use of, or inability to use the website.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the website.
Inaccuracies in park hours, ride operational statuses, wait times, or historical data.
The website and its features are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
